Focus Behavioral Supports, LLC is looking for Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs) who are inspired to serve individuals with autism and other related disorders within the home/community/group-home setting.

Serve multiple populations, age’s birth to young adulthood, with a variety of needs, ensuring that each client has the opportunity to excel.

Provide high quality services to individuals with special needs, their families, schools, and support professionals through direct one on one training.

Utilize the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis to create defining moments in each and every client’s life to acquire new skills while decreasing problem behaviors.

Develop and implement comprehensive behavior plans which include goals established by the client, parents, schools and you.

Conduct initial, ongoing and post assessments delineating individual progress.

Supervise behavioral support team during client’s ABA therapy sessions conducted within home, school or community settings, providing them with the requisite tools and skills needed to increase positive interactions with those around them.
Qualifications:

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Level 1 or 2 certification, and possess an acceptable graduate degree or doctoral degree

Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification or a graduate eligible to sit for the exam and possess a minimum of o Bachelor’s Degree from a qualifying accredited institution.

Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavior challenges

Competitive hourly rate, based on education and experience. Earning potential per week based on centrality of clients' location and client contact hours available with varying funding sources.
